Trauma-Responsive Practice Workshops
Reimagining Resilience Series
Explore the impact of trauma on young people and the brain’s response to stress. Practice building positive relationships and creating safe environments for learning. Each workshop in this series is 4 hours of customizable content and includes a workbook and supplemental videos.
Classroom Leadership
Rooted Relationships: Growing Equitable Classroom Communities
Create an environment where students are engaged in learning, contribute to problem-solving, and help build their own community. Elementary and secondary focus options. 15 hours – we can customize to offer over 2 days or a series of 5 weeks.
Data Teams – Representative school teams build systems for reflective data use. The team identifies systemic patterns, defines problems, and implements culturally relevant, restorative, trauma-informed interventions.
MTSS Process for Social Emotional Learning – Create strategies to build whole-class SEL skills and develop plans for supporting individual students. Increase agency around social emotional learning.
