In the face of prevalent issues in the education system, such as widespread exclusionary discipline and persistent disparities in academic growth, compounded by a global pandemic and a lack of appropriate funding, the need for our services has become more urgent than ever before.
Our approach to creating a plan to meet these urgent needs included a combined board and staff workgroup to oversee the creation of a new strategic plan. Building on our 2023 organizational rebrand, we incorporated staff, board, and community feedback and input throughout the process.
Our 2024 – 2028 strategic plan positions us to:
- Expand our impact
- Raise awareness of our work
- Grow our internal capacity in a way that centers equity and aligns with our values
- Increase contributed income to support sustainable scaling
