Our Parenting with Courage & Connection Introduction Course is free and can be presented for up to 100 participants. Parents and caregivers will learn valuable tools and strategies that they can use right away.

This workshop is also offered in Spanish.

  • Understand basic child development and brain science, which gives you science-backed and developmentally appropriate approaches to address challenging behavior at home

Our Parenting with Courage and Connection 6-Week Series dives deeper into the courageous and connected parenting concepts. We build a community of parents and caregivers who benefit from each other’s wisdom and help each other feel less alone.

This fun, interactive course will help you:

  • Manage your own emotions, so that you interact with your children in a way that strengthens your relationship
  • Understand basic child development and brain science, which gives you science-backed and developmentally appropriate approaches to address challenging behavior at home
  • Help your children deal with their own strong emotions, and help them feel seen and have a sense of belonging in your family
  • Discipline with kindness and firmness, so your kids understand and respect limits
  • Access additional resources to help you parent with courage and connection
  • Understand courageous and connected parenting practices that will improve your relationships, and enable you to raise caring, collaborative, capable kids.
