We explore:

  • Strengthening our own regulation skills to create safer classroom environments
  • The harmful impacts of power and inequities
  • Anti-racist practices that move us away from control & compliance and towards collaboration and community

This course is appropriate for ECE teachers and childcare professionals working with children 0-6 years, preschool and childcare administrators, and counselors.
