BELONG Partners is an education equity nonprofit that partners with schools and community organizations to build equitable communities that center the dignity, voice, and agency of young people.
We currently partner with 38 schools, empowering 900 educators and more than 15,000 students. Our public online and in-person workshops reach an additional 2,700 teachers and adults who work with youth, impacting an additional 27,000 young people.

Board Member Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, governance, and strategic oversight
- Participate in board meetings and committee work
- Act as an ambassador for BELONG Partners in the community
- Support fundraising and resource development
Board Committees
Each board member participates on one committee that aligns with their interests and skills.
- Engagement – Supports fundraising and community engagement by inviting guests to events, participating in campaigns and helping expand awareness of BELONG Partners.
- Finance – Provides fiscal oversight, reviews the budget, and monitors the financial health of the organization.
- Governance – Leads board recruitment, onboarding, and establishes and reviews board policies.
