Brianna Jackson brings over 25 years of experience in early learning, youth development, and community-centered philanthropy. As a proud homegrown Washingtonian, she has dedicated her career to partnering with families, nonprofits, funders, and public systems across the region to create more opportunities for children and strengthen communities. Her approach is rooted in relationship-building, active listening, and a belief that lasting change occurs when communities are at the center of the solutions that impact them.
Most recently, Brianna served as a Senior Education Program Officer at the Stolte Family Foundation, where she helped shape strategy, guide grantmaking, and advance policy efforts that support children and families across Washington. In this role, she contributed to significant growth in funding and partnerships, helped launch statewide initiatives, and worked alongside community partners to advance more equitable systems in early learning and education.
Previously, Brianna served as the Executive Director of Launch, a community-based nonprofit that provides early learning and expanded learning programs for children across the Greater Seattle area. During her tenure, she led organizational growth, strengthened cross-sector partnerships, and championed equity-focused practices that elevated both program quality and community voice.
Throughout her career, Brianna has been recognized for her ability to unite people—across sectors and perspectives—to develop shared vision and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Brianna is excited to have the chance to support the organization during a time when the services of BELONG Partners are more essential than ever. She was inspired to join because of the positive transformation she first observed years ago in the children and families she worked with as a direct-service provider accessing BELONG Partners programs; so, this feels like a full-circle moment for her!
Brianna is a proud mom of two living in South Seattle. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and taking in the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
