Gianni Outram Dickson is an educator committed to cultivating classroom communities where students feel connected, supported, seen, and empowered. During her time teaching in the Renton School District, Gianni had the privilege of working alongside Belong Partners and witnessed firsthand the meaningful difference that connection-centered work can make in the lives of students, educators, and school communities. Her experiences in the classroom have shaped her belief that the best learning happens when connection comes first and that every student deserves to feel that they belong.
Gianni is excited to bring her perspective as an educator and her firsthand experience with implementing Belong Partners principles to the board. She is particularly passionate about creating environments where young people can build meaningful relationships, develop confidence, and feel empowered to show up as their authentic selves.
Outside of her work in education, Gianni loves spending time with her dog, traveling with her husband, attending concerts, and supporting the Seattle Seahawks. She also enjoys running, dancing, and hiking.
