Jen joined the BELONG Partners Board because of a deep belief that children’s success is shaped by the compassion, understanding, and visibility modeled by adults. She is passionate about creating environments where every child can see their unique value reflected back to them — a “mirror” that fosters confidence, belonging, and self-love. Through this mission, Jen strives to help children recognize their full of potential for the future, knowing that this foundation builds stronger, more connected communities.
Outside of work, she enjoys taking on new challenges, including teaching herself to sew, cooking for friends, and reigniting a passion for tennis.
